Electric Griddle
Bolon de Verde is a traditional food of the Ecuadorian highlands which are stuffed green plantain dumplings; Plantain Bites. In this project the goal was to design a kitchen device for this specific traditional food and culture. The product has to target both the people within the culture and for people exploring foods from other cultures. The product will be used to make this traditional food and the design has to be inspired by the culture. The product brings light and allows new people to discover such a delicious traditional food from the Ecuadorian culture.
